Is there any duty to pay if I'm an export customer?: Not normally, e.g. in the USA if your order is under $200.
Can you send me a colour brochure?: Yes, please register your request on our enquiry form.
Do I pay VAT?: Yes, VAT charged at 17.5% if you are part of the EC. The Channel Islands are not part of the EC for VAT purposes. For customers outside the EC, Bromleys cannot be responsible for any customs or import duties once your package enters your country. Please ask your local customs and excise office for details of any taxes or duties to be paid.
What if the sizes on your website don't fit me?: Please contact us as we would like to help.
Do you do button down shirt cuffs?: Yes, on selected lines.
Do you do button down shirt collars?: No, not at the moment.
Can we make bespoke shirts?: No, not at the moment but if you would like Bromleys to offer them, please let us know by going to our Contact section and filling in an enquiry form - we'd love to hear from you!
Where can I get spare shirt collar stiffeners and buttons from?: We can send you spare ones.
What type of courier do you use?: UK -1st class post registered. Export -Royal Mail Swift Air.
Do you supply corporate companies?: Yes, please call and we will arrange a mutually convenient appointment to discuss your needs.
Can you deliver to my office the same day?: Only too pleased to. We call it 'Go Local'. If you are within a 20 mile radius of Wakefield we can deliver to your home, office or hotel. Subject to goods being in stock.
